Despite the persistent cold winter weather still hovering over us in the Northeast, I refuse to be a victim of the winter blues. Mentally, I’m prepared for two very exciting upcoming events: the arrival of our baby boy and SPRING! Both symbolize new life and beginnings.
Although I can’t exactly pinpoint when the bebe is arriving (he’s a bit stubborn, it appears), I can say that I’ve started what will be a Spring & Summer ritual- making healthy smoothies.I’m not the healthiest person by any stretch of the imagination but I am on a mission to live a healthier lifestyle. This may include yoga on the regular (after delivery) and a daily dose of green smoothies. I think that’s a fair start. And quite honestly, I’m just tired of being pregnant and BIG!
