We are currently in the midst of the Paris Haute Couture shows, and I started my coverage yesterday with this post on the Versace show.
Haute couture is my favourite element of fashion. The attention to detail, the planning, the ideas, inspiration, time and effort that go in to making these special pieces is truly admirable; I could sit and stare at couture clothes forever.
Dior is one of my favourite fashion houses, and I always look forward to what they will produce next. I think Raf Simons is doing such a wonderful job as Creative Director, and he just gets better with every collection. When I first laid eyes on this, the Autumn/Winter 2015/16 Haute Couture collection, I was thrilled. It’s just perfect.
